Survey Crew Chief: Open Positions

We’re seeking a motivated individual with a minimum of 4 years of Party Chief experience who is a leader, good communicator, and has a strong understanding of survey calculations/quality control checks. Must have experience in boundary, topographic, construction staking & ALTA surveys. 

Survey Field Coordinator:

We are currently looking for a driven and skillful professional to join our team.

This position will be in charge of managing and scheduling for our field crews and also requires a strong knowledge of land surveying, scheduling, time management, as well as other management related duties.

Candidate must be proficient in research and analysis of recorded surveys and other pertinent documentation. 

Qualifications:

• 5 years of experience in land surveying required.
• Must be proficient in AutoCAD and Civil 3D.
• Solid written and communication skills.
• Strong decision-making and organizational skills.
• Professional license in the state of Nevada not required, but is preferred. 

Nevada Registered Professional Civil Engineer

B & T is seeking a Nevada Registered Civil Engineer (Utah, Arizona and California would be a plus) to supervise the design and production of construction plans for residential and commercial projects.

Must be knowledgeable of the design of underground utility plans, ie, water and sewer plan and profiles, storm drain plan and profiles, site layout and grading plan and details.

Should be familiar with local codes and requirements.

Knowledgeable in Autocad Civil 3D software.

Strong plans checking, Project management and supervision skills.

Traffic and Drainage Professional

B & T is now hiring for the position of Traffic and Drainage Director to oversee the Traffic and Drainage Department. As a supervisory position, candidates must have good communication skills. Applicants should have a strong background in preparing Traffic and Drainage Studies in the Clark County area. Must have a working knowledge of HCS and ITE traffic programs. Must know drainage programs such as HEC-1, HEC-RAS, HY-8, FlowMaster, and WSPG. Candidates must have strong writing skills.
